Large sliding windows fill the living areas with light and open them to the coast and the Ionian Sea. The décor is minimal and the furniture simple and contemporary, for a cool, relaxed feel.
The entrance leads straight into the open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Wide patio doors open onto the pool terrace, with a shaded veranda for dining outdoors and a built-in barbecue.
There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor, and two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs, each with its own terrace and view.

The villa sits on a slope above the Ionian Sea in Trapezaki. Tavernas and mini markets are close by, and both Trapezaki beach and St. Thomas beach are within walking distance.
